My husband, Ben Fidelak, who serves as our Executive Chef and myself, Keri Fidelak, purchased Mariner’s in September 2020. Along with our children, Lauren (21) and Graeme (17), and many friends and family members, we spent our days during the pandemic completely revamping the interior and exterior of the building. Nights were spent working on new menu items, specialty drink menus and wine list.
Before the pandemic we spent our free time traveling the globe searching out unique dining experiences. Mariner’s Restaurant is the culmination of 20 years of family adventures to over 40 unique and amazing countries and countless stateside destinations. Our menu and wine list has been crafted to reflect the global influence of our travel with offerings from some of our favorite destinations such as Croatia, South Africa, Italy, France, Greece, Austria and more.
Our culinary focus is to create signature dishes using inspiration from our travels while infusing a southern flair, true to the historic roots of Louisiana cuisine. We invite you to sit back and enjoy your journey with us.
